  • 主な仕事内容

本社でチェーンホテルの建物・設備管理を担当していただきます。

  • 宿泊主体型ホテル(既存ホテル)の長中期の修繕計画の立案・見直し
  • 既存ホテルの年次改装工事計画の立案・執行
  • 上記に係る設計・施工会社選定、改装修繕PJ選定、契約締結、打ち合わせ
  • 既存ホテル建物オーナーとの投資計画の折衝
  • 投資予算管理
  • 各種社内書類作成
  • 他部署・既存ホテルとの連携

  • その他ホテル運営管理業務全般

・建築・設備系の基礎知識

総労働時間:1週あたり38時間75分

  • フレックスタイム制

・フレキシブルタイム:(有)6:00-20:00

・標準的な勤務時間帯:9:15-18:00(実働7.75時間/休憩60分)

基本給:月給 40万円 〜

固定残業代:なし
