今後は国内だけでく、海外(特にアメリカ、中国)をメインターゲットに世界シェア拡大を目指しています。

【業務内容】

透析関連装置のソフト設計チームの管理職候補として、新規製品の設計及び既存製品設計変更業務に携わります。

【具体的に】

・医療装置における組み込みソフトウェアの設計開発

・仕様決定、仕様書作成、コーディング、検証/テスト

・プログラミング

・各種規格試験

・機械系/電気系のエンジニアと連携し、プロジェクトを進めます。

・医療現場訪問、学会、研修、展示会による医療・医学・医工学を学び製品開発へ活かす

・次世代装置、機能の提案

・コンカレントエンジニアリングによる各部との協働

・金沢製作所への積極的な出張による現場理解

・特許出願(各自1件提案目標)

・設計工数の低減をQMS有効性を維持しながら実現を目指す(そのための改善提案)

【必須】

・C言語での組み込み開発経験5年以上

・仕様経験~ソフト設計~デバッグ~評価の一連経験

【歓迎】

・プロジェクトマネジメント経験

・マイコン、ミドルウェア、OS、セキュリティの経験

・英語力

・医療機器業界出身者

【給与】

800万円~1000万円

※選考を通じて決定します。 ※賞与:5~6ヵ月/昇給:年1回(非管理職のみ適応) ※管理職待遇での採用の場合、年収は850万円以上を想定
