ケーブル開発設計【管理職候補として成長/自動運転・5G時代を支える技術者】
【仕事内容】
管理職候補(課長クラス)として、車載用通信ケーブル製品の開発設計および部下の育成・マネジメントを担当していただきます。
【業務詳細】
・同軸ケーブルやデータ伝送ケーブルの製品開発・設計業務の統括
・技術部門(設計、評価、材料開発など)のマネジメント
・顧客との技術折衝や仕様検討、品質問題対応
・開発スケジュール、コスト、品質の管理
・技術標準化、設計プロセスの改善推進
・若手技術者の育成、教育
【任せたいミッション】
入社後は、同社のケーブル技術を実務を通じて深く理解し、徐々にマネジメント業務へ移行していただきます。現在の課長の後任として、グループ全体のマネジメントを担い、次世代リーダーの育成を通じて組織の安定と成長を実現することが期待されています。
また、技術的な専門性を活かし、顧客ニーズに応じた製品開発をリードし、品質向上と納期遵守を実現することで、同社の競争力強化に貢献していただきます。

【所属部署情報】
ケーブル開発課は、開発統轄部内に所属し、7名で構成されています。
内訳は課長1名、シニアエンジニア1名、技師1名、担当3名、派遣社員1名で、全員が男性で平均年齢は40代後半です。現在の課長は再雇用で60歳を超えており、技術畑一筋で40年以上勤務しています。
