今後は国内だけでなく、海外(特にアメリカ、中国)をメインターゲットに世界シェア拡大を目指しています。事業拡大中につき多くの人材を募集しています

【業務内容】

透析装置は医療機器の中でも治療装置であり人の命にかかわる社会貢献性の高い製品です。

電気設計担当として、新規製品の電気設計及び既存製品の電気設計変更業務に携わります。

【具体的に】

・仕様決定、仕様書作成、構想設計、詳細設計、検図、評価、検証

※お任せする業務範囲はご経験スキルにて決定します。

・電気回路設計(電子基板、モータ、バルブ、ハーネス、センサー等)、デジタル、アナログどちらも歓迎

・規格に基づいた設計(電気安全、EMC規格)

・新規の電子部品、センサ、アクチュエータ選定

・検証計画立案

・各種試験(電磁妨害、電気安全、性能など)

・機械/ソフトウェア/消耗品のエンジニアと連携し、プロジェクトを進めます。

・苦情対応、EOL、工程改善を各関係部署と進めます。

・スケジュール管理、他部署との折衝(PM、PL...

【求める人材】

【必須】

・電気回路設計の経験 5年以上

・マネジメント業務の経験

【歓迎】

・医療機器の設計経験

・メカ設計経験(アクチュエータやセンサの理解、モーターの知見がある)

・下記を得意とする方

(オペアンプ・マイコン・モーター・電源・AVコンバーターなど)

【給与】

700万円~1000万円

賞与:5~6ヵ月/昇給:年1回(非管理職のみ適応) ※条件は経験、能力を考慮し個別に提示いたします。給与形態も条件に応じてご提案いたします。
