Your Role

すべての技術スタッフの能力開発に責任を持ち、マッピング、トレーニング、認定までを実施する。

定期的な調査で測定される顧客満足度の継続的な改善を確保する。

市場の要求および長期的な成長計画に基づき、サービス組織と運営予算を計画・管理し、チームの効率を確保する。
-
営業担当者やプロジェクトマネージャーと連携し、技術者・エンジニアのスケジュールを管理する。
-
リードタイム、品質、効率を確保するため、フィールドおよびワークショップのサービスネットワークを開発・最適化する。
-
サービス運営のワークフローを継続的に標準化・改善し、品質と効率を向上させる。
-
グローバルオペレーションマネージャーとの連携を含め、サービス活動の正確かつ適切な報告を確保する。
-
定められた手順に従い、Industrial Assembly Solutionsに関するすべての保証問題決済を監視・管理する。
-
製品品質問題、QCMなどについて、製品会社との適切かつ構造化された調整を確保する。
-
実行を確認するため、既存のワークフローを定期的に監査する。
-
サービス運営のKPIに責任を持ち、目標達成を確保する。人材の選定と育成に責任を持ち、面接、コーチング、カウンセリングを行う。
-
主要顧客に対して積極的に行動し、既存の顧客ロイヤルティを維持・発展させる。
