仕事内容
社内SE(次世代基幹の運リーダー候補)/システム部グローバルに流通網を展開している企業
【仕事内容】
将来の中核メンバーとしてITツールの導入・運用やシステム企画、店舗サポート等を担うポジション。ベテランの支援を受けながら、次世代リーダーとしてシステム部を統括することを期待される役割です。
システム部の業務拡大に伴い、将来の中核を担うIT人材を募集します。
雇入れ直後は、メンターとなるベテラン社員とともに
業務の理解とシステムの企画、導入、運用を学んでいただきます。
ゆくゆくは、システム部業務全体を把握し、
次世代のリーダーとしてシステム部をまとめていただくことを期待しております。
