・複数案件を並行してマネジメントした経験

【リモート】採用支援プロジェクトマネージャー(生成AI活用RPOサービス/案件責任者)

【仕事内容】

生成AI×採用RPOの成長事業で、案件P/L責任を担うプロジェクトマネージャー

【職務概要】

AIを活用した採用支援サービス「Famm AIリクルーティング」にて、

クライアントの採用支援案件を収益性と進行の両面から統括する

プロジェクトマネージャー(PM)として従事いただきます。

【職務詳細】

単なる進行管理ではなく、1案件を1つの事業単位として捉え、

売上・原価・品質・継続を成立させる「案件オーナー」としての役割を担います。

・担当案件の売上/原価/粗利管理(案件P/L責任)

・案件立ち上げ(要件定義・KPI設計・体制構築)

・ディレクター/リクルーターのリソース調整・進行管理

・継続・アップセルを目的とした改善提案/追加施策の企画

・顧客との定例対応・二次対応(インシデント対応)

・契約管理・請求対応を含む案件運用全般

【サービスについて】

採用のプロフェッショナルによるRPO(採用代行)に、自社開発の生成AIを掛け合わせることで、採用業務の生産性と再現性を高めるサービスです。戦略設計から、求人媒体運用/候補者対応/日程調整/一次選考支援など、採用実務の中核をクライアントに代わって担います。
