私たちが本当に創りたいのは、映像ではなく、"誇り"です。 ただ良い映像をつくるだけではなく、お客様の課題解決や目指す成果へ向けた戦略から考え、つくる過程は一緒に楽しみ、届けるところまで伴走していく。お客様にとってそんな頼もしいパートナーとなれるような組織への進化を目指しています。 その中でもこのチームは今、"マーケティング × プランニングで価値を生み出すチーム" を立ち上げているフェーズにいます。お客様の課題や成果に伴走しながら価値を生み出していく。そんなチームづくりの一員として、あなたの制作経験と企画力を迎えたいと考えています。あなたがまとめる構成力や表現アイデアが、企画と制作をつなぐ"最適な橋渡し"となっていきます。 【業務内容】 ・市場・競合・顧客のリサーチ/インサイト分析 (定量・定性の情報整理、課題抽出、仮説構築) ・課題整理〜戦略立案 ・企画書・戦略資料の作成〜提案 ・制作ディレクション(映像制作/デザイン/編集の担当メンバーとの連携) 【配属チーム】 ・30代前半のマネージャーと、20〜30代の若手3名で構成される"少数精鋭チーム"です。 【このポジションの醍醐味・魅力】 ① 戦略"を描き、提案の方向性をつくる上流ポジション あなたが立てた戦略は、「企画の精度」「打ち手の選択」「クリエイティブの世界観」「最終的な成果」にまで影響するため、上流レイヤーとしての思考力が最大限に発揮できるポジション。「戦略を描くことが好き」「ロジックで企画の軸をつくるのが得意」そんな方にとっては、やりがいを感じられるような環境です。 ② 川上(戦略・企画)から川下(制作・発信)まで、提案が形になる喜びを味わえる。 ただ映像をつくって終わりではなく、お客様の成果を共に目指す組織となるべく「課題ヒアリング 企画 映像制作 広告運用/活用分析/改善」まで一貫して伴走する体制を構築してきました。「戦略を描くだけ」でも「制作に寄り切る」でもない。"成果につながる戦略"を最後まで見届けられる戦略プランナーになれます。
必須スキル
・映像またはクリエイティブ制作の実務経験(目安2年以上) (編集・ディレクション・デザイン・撮影・Web制作など領域不問) ・社内外とのコミュニケーションを伴う進行管理の経験
歓迎スキル
・ブランディングムービー/PR映像など、企画性の高い制作経験 ・AP(アカウントプランナー)として顧客折衝を行った経験 ・プレゼンテーションご経験、クライアントワークのご経験をお持ちの方

<予定年収> 400万円~600万円 ※ご経験やスキルに応じて、オファー時に決定いたします。 <給与補足> 賞与:年2回(6月・12月:業績によります)
