私たちが本当に創りたいのは、映像ではなく、"誇り"です。 ただ良い映像をつくるだけではなく、お客様の課題解決や目指す成果へ向けた戦略から考え、つくる過程は一緒に楽しみ、届けるところまで伴走していく。お客様にとってそんな頼もしいパートナーとなれるような組織への進化を目指しています。 その中でもこのチームは今、"マーケティング × プランニングで価値を生み出すチーム" を立ち上げているフェーズにいます。お客様の課題や成果に伴走しながら価値を生み出していく。そんなチームを目指していくための一員として、あなたの力を迎えたいと考えています。企画やコンセプトメイクのご経験を活かして、お客様の"伝えたい価値"を言葉と企画で形にしていただきます。 【業務内容】 ・顧客課題のヒアリング ・コンセプトメイク、企画への落とし込み ・企画提案の資料作成〜提案 ・制作スタッフや広告運用スタッフとの連携 【配属チーム】 ・30代前半のマネージャーと、20〜30代の若手3名で構成される"少数精鋭チーム"です。 【このポジションの醍醐味・魅力】 ① PR・ブランディング・認知課題に対して、コンセプトから提案できる醍醐味。 エレファントストーンには、「認知が伸びない」「ブランドの世界観を整えたい」「伝え方を変えたい」といった PR・ブランディング・認知獲得に関するご相談が多く寄せられます。 このポジションは、そうした"お客様の本質的な課題"に対し、マーケティング視点を持ちながらコンセプトをつくり、企画を提案していくことが求められます。「どんな世界観で伝えるべきか」「どんな言葉がターゲットの感情に届くのか」「どんなストーリーがブランドの価値を強めるのか」「どんな表現なら認知・共感・理解が進むのか」など、企画書の構成、コンセプトの一言、コピーの一文にいたるまで、あなたの考えたコンセプトが"提案の芯"になる瞬間が多いポジションです。 ② 川上(戦略・企画)から川下(制作・発信)まで、提案が形になる喜びを味わえる。 ただ映像をつくって終わりではなく、お客様の成果を共に目指す組織となるべく「課題ヒアリング 企画 映像制作 広告運用/活用分析/改善」まで一貫して伴走する体制を構築してきました。実施にヒアリングし、企画し、提案した内容が実際の映像になり、広告として世に出ていき、お客様の成果に繋がる過程を最前線で見ることができます。 "売って終わり"ではなく、提案したアイデアが実際の映像や広告として世に出て、お客様の成果に繋がるところまで関われる仕事です。

<予定年収> 400万円~600万円 ※ご経験やスキルに応じて、オファー時に決定いたします。 <給与補足> 賞与:年2回(6月・12月:業績によります)
