本ポジションでは、弊社が運営する求人サイト「Guidable Jobs」を通じて、

お仕事に応募してくれた外国人求職者の就職活動をサポートしていただきます。

日々のやり取りは日本語が中心となり、

語学力そのものよりも、相手の状況を理解し、丁寧に寄り添う姿勢を大切にしています。

留学経験や異文化に触れた経験を活かしながら、

誰かの「働きたい」という想いを支えることができるお仕事です。

*仕事内容

仕事探しに悩んでいる在留外国人の方と、人手不足に悩む日本企業をつなぐサポートを行います。

外国人求職者の方とオンラインでお話しし、希望条件やご経験をヒアリングした上で、

企業様へ情報共有を行い、双方のマッチングをお手伝いします。

*具体的な業務内容

◯ 外国人求職者とのオンライン面談

「やさしい日本語」を使いながら、希望する仕事内容や勤務条件、日本語レベルの確認を行います。

必要に応じて、簡単な英語でのコミュニケーションを行うこともあります。

◯ 企業様への求職者情報の共有

企業様にマッチしそうな求職者がいた場合、

その後の選考がスムーズに進むよう、面談内容をまとめて共有します。

◯ 業務改善・運用サポート

外国人採用はまだ発展途中の分野です。

より良いサービスにしていくため、チーム内で意見を出し合ったり、

必要に応じて他部署と連携しながら業務改善にも取り組みます。

求める人材:

【応募資格】

① 西新宿にあるオフィスに出勤できること

② 面談実施日から1ヶ月以内を目安に勤務を開始できること

(留学中などのご事情ですぐに勤務開始ができない場合はその旨をご連絡ください。)

③平日9時-18時のうち、週3日(合計目安15時間)以上出勤できること

④ 6ヶ月以上の勤務を継続できること

⑤ 業務は全て日本語で行うため、ネイティブレベル同等の日本語レベルをお持ちの方、もしくは有効な日本語能力試験1級合格書をお持ちの方

⑥「成長したい」というやる気があること

時給:1,250円〜1,500円

※週5日・1日8時間のフルタイム勤務が可能な場合、時給1,500円となります。
