【職務内容】
同社は創業55年以上の業界パイオニアとして
安定した基盤を持つ企業です。
収益性の高い主力事業に加え、新たな事業創出が
急務であり、業務の標準化・効率化を図る
システム開発を推進しています。
開発システムの外販も視野に入れた
新規ビジネスモデルを立ち上げています。
【具体的には】
・クライアント課題のヒアリング・提案営業(既存7割:新規3割)
・外販を見据えた既存・新規システムの開発対応
(要件整理や外部開発ベンダーのディレクション)
・受注案件のシステム運用管理(協力会社ディレクション等)
・営業活動は個人で行うほか、重要顧客やプロジェクトでは
部内関係者や他営業部隊と連携します。
・開発は外部委託ですが、プロジェクト担当として
要件整理、スコープ・スケジュール・予算管理など
ベンダーコントロールが中心業務となります。
【求める人材】
・ 法人向けITソリューション営業の経験(3年以上)
・提案後の導入支援や顧客フォローを含む営業経験(3件以上)
【歓迎】
・ITプロジェクトにおける外部ベンダーとの調整・進行管理経験
・パッケージ・SaaS・業務系システムなど、無形商材を扱ったご経験
・新規事業立ち上げ・推進経験
・社内DX(業務改善プロジェクト)推進経験
※必須要件の「法人向けITソリューション営業の経験」は5年以上の方を優遇いたします。
【給与】
年収700~900万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
