The Japan team is expanding its leadership to drive strategic growth and elevate brand engagement across key markets.

Role Overview

As the Head of On-Premise Field Team, you will lead the national strategy and execution for brand presence and sales in the on-premise channel.

You'll manage a team of regional leaders and field ambassadors, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand values.

This role is ideal for someone with deep industry knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for building premium brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
Design and implement national on-premise strategy aligned with global brand direction.
Act as the voice of the on-premise channel within the national leadership team.
Foster collaboration across business units to maximize impact and efficiency.
Team Development
Build and lead a high-performing team of regional managers and field ambassadors.
Own the national training plan and provide coaching to ensure continuous development.
Drive team engagement, succession planning, and performance optimization.
Market Execution
Oversee resource allocation, budget management, and POS material deployment.
Analyze market data and KPIs to inform strategic decisions and drive results.
Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders and venues.
Brand Representation
Embody the brand's premium values and culture in all interactions.
Serve as a role model for the team and a credible representative in the on-premise network.
Adapt communication and presentation style to suit diverse audiences and environments.

Requirement
Minimum 5 years of experience in on-premise sales.
At least 4 years in a management role with proven leadership success.

Language:
Bilingual is necessary (Fluent Japanese/at least Business English).
Strong network or ability to build relationships in nightlife, hospitality, or gastronomy.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
High emotional intelligence and adaptability across social and professional settings.
