SDV全体戦略に基づき、下記のような業務をお任せいたします。

<クロスドメインな統合技術戦略の構築>

世界各社の市場調査(競合分析、最新技術動向等)
他社競争力踏まえた技術戦略の立案・検証評価
目標値の策定・KPI管理

<ご自身の強み領域(例;AD/ADAS技術)においての戦略構築>

市場分析・予測(ニーズ分析、競合分析、最新技術動向等)
商品性・コスト・性能・機能等の競争力踏まえ、適用する技術戦略の立案
目標値の策定・KPI管理

※四輪開発メンバーや幹部とのミーティングのため、週1~2回程度の栃木出張が発生します。リモートワークは2~3割です。

※いずれの領域もグローバルを対象とした業務ですが、北米拠点を中心にとした海外拠点メンバや、開発部門含めた関連各所と緊密に連携推進していきます。

【部門の役割】

競争力あるUXとSDV事業の源泉となるSDVおよび、デジタルプロダクト技術戦略の構築

1.SDV提供価値をクロスドメインで実現するSDVコア技術の抽出と技術戦略ロードマップの策定

2.BEV/HEV世代進化と事業性を踏まえたSDV技術適用計画の構築

3.SDVコア技術の骨格定義書反映と研究・開発テーマ化する

4.SDV提供価値と差別化要素をわかりやすく社内外に訴求する

5.SDVコア技術を活用したデジタルプロダクトの技術企画

6. Honda Dogと連携した、ペット向けデジタルサービスの企画

7. AIエージェントを活用した、モビリティサービスの技術企画

※「SDV(ソフトウェア・デファインド・ビークル)」とは・・・クルマを制御するソフトウェアをアップデートし続けることで、販売後も機能を増やしたり性能を高めたりすることができる次世代のクルマのこと。例としてOTAアップデート(Over The Air:スマホやクルマなどのデバイスのソフトウェアをデータ通信で更新・変更すること)により、乗車者の状況に応じた最適な状態を構築できる世界を目指しています。

応募条件

【求める経験・スキル】※以下、いずれも必須

・自動車ソフトウェア、組み込みソフト、制御部品の企画-開発の業務における連続3年以上の実務経験

・社内外の関係各所との合意形成が可能なコミュニケーションスキル

【上記に加え、あれば望ましい経験・スキル】

・自動車OEM,自動車関連企業においてIoT系の開発を手掛けているメーカーで開発の経験

・新規事業開発における顧客理解、事業企画、技術開発における3年以上の実務経験

・電子機器、IOT、デジタル製品の戦略企画

・起業、スタートアップでの事業化、新規事業担当としての海外駐在のいずれかの経験

・Scaled Agile Framework、Scrum of Scrumsなどのアジャイルフレームワーク認定資格

・ITパスポート(相当の海外資格)、中小企業診断士(相当の海外資格)のいずれか

・インタラクションデザイン、プログラミング、統計分析のいずれかの専門知識

・目標KPIの設定の経験

・他競争力評価の実施経験

・ビジネス英語
