職務内容:
ソリューションエンジニア (以下SE) は、お客様及びパートナー様に向けた営業および技術的な役割を果たします。SEの主な職務内容は、営業を技術やスキルの側面でサポートし、F5のソリューションに関する技術的知識をお客様やパートナー様へ提供する事です。
また、営業と協力して、お客様のビジネスニーズに沿ったF5のソリューションと製品販売を行います。SEはお客様にとって、技術的およびビジネス上の課題を解決する為の効果的なソリューションを提案する信頼できるアドバイザーです。F5 のSEは技術的な機能提供だけではなく、技術的価値提案とビジネス上のメリットを提示します。
SEはF5製品とエコシステムの両方に対して優れた技術的スキルと知識を保有している必要がある為、F5ではSEに対する継続的なトレーニングや資格取得をサポートしており、エンジニアとしての更なるスキルアップを図る事のできる環境を整えています。また、経験の浅い方や未経験の方を積極的に支援する体制やチームメンバー間で協力し合う仕組みがあり、また、働き方に柔軟性を持たせるなど、働きやすい環境作りに努めております。SEの強みや志向により、ネットワーク、セキュリティ、アプリケーションなどの分野に専門性を持つことを選択すること、また、能力や将来の目標に応じた職務内容変更も可能ですので、SEとして活躍しながら、キャリアアップにも取り組んで頂くことが可能です。
今回はエンタープライズのお客様(製造・流通・金融など)をご担当いただくこととF5のパートナー様をご担当いただくことを兼務するSEを募集しています。
下記に列挙した主な活動を主体となって推進して頂く役割を担って頂きます。
一貫性を持ちながら拡充・拡張しているF5ソリューション全般を担う技術者として、F5ソリューションや関連する技術領域の知識・経験を蓄積し、お客様やパートナー様に適切な情報を提供する
お客様のビジネスニーズに沿ってF5製品戦略や価値提案を伝える、また、お客様に技術動向などを伝えることにより、お客様の新たなビジネスの創造に寄与する
対面・非対面等様々なセールスプレゼンテーション、ソリューションデザイン、デモンストレーションを通じて技術的な専門知識を提供する
お客様やパートナー様向けのハンズオンや検証支援などを通じて、お客様をリードしつつ、強固な関係性を構築する
営業と共に意思決定者を特定すること、また、お客様やパートナー様との共同検証や技術的なサポートを通じて、営業プロセスの推進を支援する
お客様のライフサイクルを通じて、一貫した最高クラスの顧客サービスを提供する
お客様やパートナー様の担当技術者としての裁量権を持ちつつ、社内の技術者や営業、その他のチームと協力し、専門知識を活用し、様々な案件のニーズに応じ協業する
募集要件:
学士または同等の実務経験
英語の読み書き
3年以上のF5に関連するIT業界での経験、または、F5ソリューションの知識や関連する他社のソリューションの実務経験があれば、尚よし
IT業界におけるプリセールスの実務経験があれば、尚よし
Web Applicationのセキュリティ強化に関連する実務経験があれば、尚よし
パブリッククラウドを活用した提案、システム構築の実務経験があれば、尚よし
Python、JavaScriptなどいずれかのプログラミング言語を使用した開発経験があれば、尚よし
OpenShift、Kubernetesなどのコンテナ オーケストレーション ソリューションの経験があれば、尚よし
