募集職種 

採用活動におけるアドミン業務や、データ整理から分析を行いオペレーションの効率化をしていただきます。 

主な業務内容 

  • 採用に関するオペレーションサポート 
  • 採用プロセス全体における候補者とのコミュニケーション 
  • 面接日程調整およびフォローアップ 
  • 候補者情報を管理、必要に応じて採用システムの更新 
  • 大規模採用プロジェクトを円滑に進めるため、リクルーターの事務作業をサポート 
  • 社内関係者と連携し、スケジュールの競合を解消し、候補者体験を改善 
  • ステークホルダーや候補者とのメールや電話対応 

    • 応募資格 

    基本資格 

  • MS Office(特にExcel)の知見があり関数を使いデータの整理ができる 
  • 外部対応でのコミュニケーション経験 

    • 歓迎資格 

  • チームプレイヤーであり、前向きな姿勢と学ぶ意欲を持っていること 
  • リクルートメント領域に業務経験または興味 
  • 第2新卒歓迎
