ポジション概要
法務チームと財務チームを横断して、契約管理・文書運用・翻訳サポート・データ照合作業を中心に、バックオフィスの生産性向上を推進する事務職です。AI/自動化ツールの活用や業務改善にも挑戦できます。
主な業務(目安:法務70%/財務30%)
主なサポート領域:法務チームおよび財務チーム
Word、Excel、PowerPoint、AIツールを使用した包括的な事務サポート
ファイル、文書、契約書の整理・管理
ビジネス文書の翻訳サポート
非標準加盟店契約の手数料率をシステム入力と照合
契約条件の正確性と一貫性のクロスチェック
必要に応じた一般的な事務サポート業務
使用ツール例
Word/Excel/PowerPoint/DocuSign/SharePoint/(会計システム:SAP/など、配属により)/翻訳・要約のAI支援ツール

事務またはバックオフィス業務の経験 3年以上
細部への注意力と、正確に記録・更新する運用スキル
MS Officeおよび文書管理システムの習熟
ネイティブレベルの日本語力

法務事務または財務/会計事務のサポート経験
文書管理システムの運用経験/英語の読み書き
業務改善(テンプレ整備、RPA/AI活用)の実施経験
