Job Summary
TD SYNNEX K.K. is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team at the Inzai Farm. This role is crucial for supporting the efficient operation and maintenance of our facility in Inzai, ensuring the smooth delivery of services and products to our customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Facility Maintenance:** Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of farm equipment and the facility to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Safety Compliance:** Adhere to all company safety regulations and procedures, promoting a secure workplace.
• Team Collaboration:** Work effectively as part of a team to achieve operational goals and contribute to a positive work environment.

Job Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Japanese is required for communication within the facility.
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
