【仕事内容】
同社は東証プライム上場企業で、高齢社会に適した
情報インフラ構築をミッションとし、多様な事業を展開しております。
医療、介護、ヘルスケア、シニアライフ領域で40以上のサービスを運営し、
国内外で事業を拡大しています。
介護・障害福祉事業者向けには、業界特化型SaaS「カイポケ」を提供し、
ICT活用による業務効率化と経営支援を行っております。
カイポケは、保険請求業務支援に加え、金融、求人、
購買支援など多岐にわたるサービスを提供し、介護業界のICT化に貢献しています。
現在、カイポケは第2転換期を迎え、新規市場・サービスの開発を進めております。
【具体的には】
・ 介護事業者のマーケットリサーチ(市場予測、競合調査、販売チャネル分析)を基にした4Pの立案・実行
・ 4Pを変数としたマーケティング戦略の立案から実行
・ 市場調査・競合調査、マーケティング部門とセールス部門の連携
・ プロダクトへのFB・改善、プライシングの検討
・ 販売チャネル/方針の企画/実行(特にWebマーケティング領域)
・ 30名規模の組織マネジメント、人材採用・育成・仕組化
・ 新規マーケットに対してのリサーチ/プロダクト企画&開発
・ 部門横断で発生するイシューに対してのプロジェクトマネジメント
・ 介護事業者のニーズ抽出、市場調査、カイポケのデータ分析をもとにした新規サービスの企画開発

・ 事業会社でのマーケティングの経験
・ Webサービス企業、ITプロダクト企業における経験
・ プロジェクトマネジメント経験

【給与】
年収810~1200万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
