仕事内容


商業施設領域で培った実績を強みに、オフィス・余暇施設領域を次の成長ドライバーとして本格的に取り組んでいます。

単なる図面作成ではなく、事業・営業と一体となって価値を生み出す設計部門への進化を目指し、組織の中核を担える設計リーダーを募集します。

・オフィス関連案件の企画提案(営業・PMとの連携)

・オフィス関連案件のクリエイティブ力向上施策の企画/立案/運用

・社内へのノウハウ共有・育成

【必須要件】


・オフィス内装設計経験が5年程度以上ある方

・複数案件を同時に推進したご経験のある方

上記年収はあくまで想定です。スキル・年齢等により前後する可能性があります。
資格手当(諸条件あり)、通勤交通費(月額5万円上限)等の諸手当は別途支給
