企業事務所の建築工事に伴う

社員さんの事務サポ

・データ入力

- 工事に関する各情報の入力

・資料/掲示物の作成

- 工事看板、工事に関する資料 など

・見積書、請求書の作成

- 金額や明細内容のチェック

  • 専用システムへのデータ入力

・資料/書類の整理

- 印刷、ファイリング作業

・備品の管理、発注

・電話/来客対応(少なめ)

・事務所内の簡単な掃除

など

全てフォーマットがあるので安心^^
