「教育」を外から支える。

・・

当社はグループ会社の学習塾の

広告宣伝物全般の制作を行っております。

また、私立中高の支援事業として、

広告宣伝物の制作、 放課後授業や

自習室の運営、ネイティブ講師派遣

などを請け負っております。

今回は、

当社のバックオフィスを支えていただく

総務・事務職のスタッフを募集いたします。

売上・費用管理、受発注業務、規程管理など

制作業務以外にも幅広い業務に携われる、

会社の経営基盤を支える重要なポジションです。

< 具体的には?>

  • 制作業務(受発注業務)

主にグループ会社の学習塾に関する

イベント案内や入塾案内、

折り込みチラシ、パンフレットなどの

業者手配から納品管理までを担当。

社内のデザイナーはもちろん、

グループ会社のスタッフも

同じビル内で勤務しているので、

非常に連携が取りやすい環境です。

  • 売上・費用管理

営業部門の売上データを集約し、

月次・年次での収支管理を行います。

経営判断に必要な数字を正確に把握し、

会社の成長を数値面で支えます。

  • 規程・規則・契約書の管理

社内規程や各種契約書を適切に管理。

法令改正への対応や

必要に応じた規程の見直しなど、

会社のコンプライアンス体制を整えます。

  • グループ会社との取引が多いため、

やりとりもスムーズで

業務に集中できる環境が整っています。

  • 事務職経験が5年以上の方

  • 財務・会計の知識・経験をお持ちの方

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり164時間

9:00〜18:00(実働8時間)

残業は月初の数営業日以外は

ほとんど発生していません。

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 22万7000円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり4万3300円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり25時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

  • 給与改定:年1回(7月)

  • 賞与:年2回(7月・12月)

  • 通勤費全額支給
