募集背景・業務概要:

金融決済の新規基盤を立ち上げ、取引量の増加に耐える設計を進めています。業務要件の整理と非機能要件の定義を並行で進めるため、上流工程の体制を強化します。長期運用を見据えた標準化を進める方針です。お任せする業務:

要件定義から基本設計を中心に、API設計の指針整理とレビューを担当いただきます。関係部門との合意形成を進め、設計の一貫性を担保します。性能観点の整理にも関わり、改善計画の策定を支えます。非機能要件の整理と優先度調整にも関わり、設計の前提を明確にします。レビュー観点を共有し、品質のばらつきを抑えます。

お客様の単価を100%開示しています。単価と給与が連動するから、頑張りや成果がダイレクトに収入に反映される仕組みです。

・月給に単価連動型の歩合給を支給。

・還元率:メンバークラスで75~80%、リーダークラスで85%~90%の高水準を実現

・単価アップ時に即時昇給反映

・賞与年2回(計2ヶ月分)
