本ポジションでは、TCS が提供する運用サービスの品質向上・効率化を目的に、各種自動化ツールや運用管理ツール、ポータル機能の開発・改善・展開をご担当いただきます。
Power BI、Ansible、Jenkins、ServiceNow をはじめとする多様な技術を活用し、運用課題の可視化・自動化設計・実装・運用まで一連の工程に携わることができます。また、グローバルチームやAIチームと連携しながら、最先端のソリューションをお客様環境に適用していく役割も担います。
運用改善の主導、顧客との技術ディスカッション、トラブルシューティング支援など、L2/L3 レベルならではの高度な技術力と課題解決力が求められるポジションです。

TCS内AIチームとの連携や実プロジェクト側の各種運用担当との連携、自動化の要件定義、設計、実装、展開、運用を実施
