資生堂ジャパンの中長期経営ビジョン・戦略の実現と、課題解決に貢献するための人財マネジメント・人財組織開発戦略における具体的な施策をリードいただきます。

Roles & Responsibilities

チームの責任者として、人財マネジメント・人財組織開発戦略を策定・実行し、かつ重要度および難易度の高い分野や課題に対し、判断およびチームの指導を通じて、チームを課題解決および目標達成に導く。

また、それらを通じ、チームのキャリアデベロップメントを支援する。

・プランニング責任:人財マネジメント・人財組織開発における中長期戦略を策定し、その中長期戦略に沿った単年度プランを策定する

・実行・貢献責任:人財マネジメント・人財組織開発戦略に沿って、チームが様々なプログラム開発とデリバリーをリードすることを支援するとともに、重要および難易度の高いプログラムについては自らその役割を果たす

・顧客・ステークホルダーへの責任:SJCEOをはじめとした経営陣・部門長責任者と連携しながら人財マネジメント・人財組織開発を支援するための施策やツールを開発し、ビジネスパートナーをサポートして実行する。

Basic Requirements

・人財育成・組織開発(タレントマネジメント・リーダーシップ開発・L&D・組織風土改革・パフォーマンスマネジメント・エンゲージメント・DE&Iなど)に関する体系的な知識・知見・スキルおよび最新の人財組織開発トレンドに関する知見≒人財・組織開発における実務経験有

・人事制度全般の理解、10年程度の人事分野経験(採用以外の経験有)

・社員のキャリアや能力・適性を観察・分析し、個々のディベロップメントプラン・キャリアプラン策定を支援する能力

・2年以上のピープルマネジメント経験、あるいはプロジェクトマネジメントなど相応の経験

・タレントマネジメント企画・運営経験

・前例や決まった枠組みのない複雑な問題解決に関し、本質的課題を特定し、クリエイティブに解決できる、戦略的思考力およびクリエイティビティ

・トップマネジメント・チーム含む社内外のステークホルダーに対し、意見の相違を恐れず健全にチャレンジして影響力を発揮するリーダーシップ

・社員や関わる人をエンパワメントできるコミュニケーション能力

・組織の方針や戦略と連携しながら、柔軟かつスピーディーにプロジェクトを進めるプロジェクト・マネジメント力

・Change Agentとして、曖昧さ・不確実さをも楽しみながら変化を起こし、クリエイティブに全社を巻き込みエンゲージする発信力・実行力
