DUTIES

As a Supervisor, Human Resources Department, you will be responsible for human resources operations (labor and payroll related).
Payroll calculation (calculation and company insurance procedures are outsourced) Year-end adjustment
Attendance management
Maintenance of HR related systems
Labor management
Health and safety
Employee Relations
Support for HR-sponsored events
Personnel and labor affairs, on-boarding/off-boarding
Health and safety
Maintenance of various employment regulations
Evaluation and performance management
HR system management (Hitomawari, Touch on time)

評価とパフォーマンスマネジメント
人事制度管理
人事主催イベントのサポート
給与・労務関連業務の経験4年以上

  • Overtime allowance Overtime allowance shall be based on actual overtime hours
  • Bonus Determination of the payment of bonus shall be based on the business performance of SLTY, the Shangri-La Group and individual performance of the Employee.
  • Transportation fare Actual public transportation fare required to report at the office and to return back home shall be paid (Maximum JPY 50,000.-).
  • Merit Salary Increment Salary shall be reviewed once a year based on the achievement of each Employee according the Companys discretion.
