業務内容:
• 全社向けのリーダーシップおよびマネジメント研修プログラムの計画及び運営
• 組織および社員の視点から現在および将来の学習と開発の需要を理解し、社員のラーニングジャーニーをサポートする
• オンボーディング、学習とキャリア開発、従業員エンゲージメントまで、より良いエンプロイーエクスペリエンスの実現をサポートする
• リージョン/グローバルのP&C関連イニシアチブのローカライズをサポートする
• リージョンのL&Dチーム、HRBPs、社内ファシリテーター、および外部研修会社と密接に連携し、すべての学習プログラムがOTIFで提供されるようにサポートする
• L&D活動に関連するすべてのタスク(集合研修、オンラインプログラム、eラーニングなど)を調整する
• 人材開発責任者と協力して、社員エンゲージメント、DE&I(ダイバーシティ、エクイティ&インクルージョン)など、その他People & Cultureイニシアチブに貢献する Role Description:
  • Plans and organize leadership & management training programs for the entire organization
  • Understand current and future learning & development demands capturing both from organizational and employee perspective to support employees' learning journey
  • Supports to offer a better employee experience from onboarding, learning and career development and employee engagement
  • Supports localization of regional/global P&C related initiatives
  • Ensures that all learning programs are delivered OTIF by closely working with regional L&D team, HRBPs, internal facilitators and external training companies
  • Coordinates all operational tasks related to L&D activities i.e. on-site classroom training, online program, e-learning etc.
  • Contributes to other People & Culture initiatives i.e. Employee engagement, DE&I, together with Head of People & Culture

  • 人事コンサルティング、経営コンサルティング会社での経験、研修会社での勤務経験なども歓迎
  • HRにおける他のCOEまたはHRBPの経験があれば尚可。
  • 言語スキル:日本語(ネイティブに近い流暢レベル);英語(ビジネスレベル)
