不動産の売買仲介・賃貸仲介を中心に、

幅広い不動産サービスを担当します。

  • 個人向け不動産サービス

(三菱電機グループ社員・ご家族・OB/OG)

  • 法人向け不動産サービス

(三菱電機およびグループ会社)

  • グループ会社保有不動産の対応

売買・賃貸・管理・活用提案

担当エリアは神戸市内を中心に主に兵庫県内。

物件調査や現地確認、立ち会いも実施します。

業者やグループ会社の従業員など、関わる相手も幅広いことが特徴です。

(例1)

東京から神戸へ転勤する社員の住まいを手配。

借り上げ社宅制度を活用し、賃貸契約を仲介。

(例2)

グループ会社から「工場を新設したい」と依頼を受け、物件調査を実施。

候補地を選定し、売買契約を仲介。

前職では個人向け不動産売買の営業をしており、30代前半で転職しました。

土日にほとんど休めず、残業も多かったため、家族との時間がなかなか取れませんでした。

転職後は、時期にもよるが残業はほとんどなく、
