Accounting Manager 会計マネージャー - Finance Operations (12-13m salary, Hybrid)
弊社クライアントは、持続可能な農業ソリューションを提供するリーディングカンパニーで、東京オフィスにて会計マネージャーを募集しています。このポジションでは、IFRSおよび日本基準に基づく全サイクルの会計業務を担当し、グローバル本社やシェアードサービスチームとの直接的な連携を行います。業界水準以上の給与パッケージ(年収1200万〜1300万円)に加え、週2日の在宅勤務が可能なハイブリッド勤務体制を提供しています。
主な業務内容:
- 財務諸表の作成(IFRSおよび日本基準)
- 月次、四半期、年次決算の管理
- 税務コンプライアンス及び報告書の提出管理
- 外部および内部監査の要件管理
- 内部統制手続きの導入と維持
- 意思決定支援のための財務データ分析
- 財務シェアードサービスチームと協力し、統一された実務を確保
- Maintain financial records in IFRS and local GAAP
- Manage month-, quarter-, and year-end financial closings
- Lead tax compliance and report submissions
- Manage external and internal audit requirements
- Implement and maintain internal control procedures
- Analyze financial data for decision-making support
- Collaborate with finance shared service team for consistent practices
応募資格:
- 会計または財務の学士号
- 7年以上の多国籍企業での会計経験
- IFRSおよび日本基準に関する豊富な知識
- SAP(必須)または他のERPシステムの知識
- 日本語と英語での効果的なコミュニケーション能力
- 公認会計士資格保有者優遇(必須ではありません)
- 税務コンプライアンスおよび監査管理の経験
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 7+ years of accounting experience in a multinational environment
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and J-GAAP
- Knowledge of SAP (must) or other ERP systems
- Effective communication in Japanese and English
- CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with tax compliance and audit management
