・全社育成方針のもと、研修の企画・運営や育成関連部署との連携を通じて、全社的な育成施策を確実に設計・実行
・風土醸成や社員のキャリア自立を促進するため、支援基盤や施策の企画・整備・実行を一体的に推進
・チームメンバーの育成、ユニット長補佐、運用委託会社および派遣スタッフ管理
※HR統括部は、どんなに素晴らしい戦略や計画を作っても、それを実現するのは社員という考えの下、社員および社員を支える家族が当社で働くことに誇りを感じ、日々やりがいを持って活き活きと仕事に取り組むことができる新たな人事処遇制度の構築や働き方改革など、EVP(Employee Value Proposition、従業員価値提供)を構築・推進する部署です。

【組織人財開発部のmission】
組織人財開発部は、採用ユニットで将来を担う人財を獲得し、キャリア開発ユニットで人財を育て「個の強さ」を引き出し、組織開発ユニットで個と個の強さをつなぎ「チームの強さ」を高める役割を担っています。
キャリア開発ユニットは、JERAグループ人財育成方針基づき、❶社員自身が成長し続け、自らの人生を力強く生き抜くこと、
❷社員の成長を通じてJERAグループの企業価値を向上し、Mission/Visionを達成することを目的に人財育成を遂行しています。

・コミュニケーション能力(物事を論理的に簡潔に説明し、相手の行動を変容させるプレゼン能力を有し、利害が対立する社内関係部門とも有効な折衝を行え、社内関係部門と信頼関係を構築した上で適切な交渉を行える)
・戦略的実践力(外部環境や競合状況を分析し、トレンドや市場の変化を理解した上で、組織レベルの課題を特定し、それを解決する施策を立案できる)
・プロジェクトマネジメント能力(自組織の課題を的確に分類し、適切な関係者を巻き込んで課題解決・業務遂行し、さらに業務品質を管理できる)
・一定の専門性と責任を伴う業務経験(課長・課長代理クラス相当)
・英語力:日常会話レベル以上(ビジネスレベルであれば尚可)
・人事領域または管理部門(総務など)での幅広い業務経験
・TOEIC A(860点以上)、VERSANT (GSE51-58)CEFR:B1+
