【仕事内容】

本ポジションでは、代表直下で動く少数精鋭の新規事業チームの一員として、

特に「営業面」から事業立ち上げと成長を牽引していただきます。

新しいサービスの価値を顧客やパートナーに直接届け、市場を切り拓いていく役割です。

単なる営業職ではなく、「事業づくりの当事者」として、営業戦略の立案・実行、

販売チャネル構築、アライアンス締結、フィードバックを基にしたサービス改善など、幅広く関わっていただきます。

【具体的には】

・新サービスの営業戦略設計・実行(ターゲティング/営業資料作成/トークスクリプト策定など)

・顧客への提案営業および契約獲得、CS対応

・パートナー企業との提携交渉やリレーション構築

・顧客の声を活かしたサービス改善・マーケティングへの反映

・代表や経営陣と連携した事業KPIの策定・改善PDCAの実行

【求める人材】

・想定している提案ポジションいずれかの業務経験7年以上

【歓迎】

・人材系サービス(求人広告、人材紹介)の営業経験

・広告代理店もしくはSNS運用代行やSEO対策などマーケティング支援サービスの営業経験

・インサイドセールスもしくはカスタマーサクセスの経験

・メンバーマネジメント経験(2~3名以上)

・自動車運転免許を持っている

【給与】

年収800~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
