◎教育制度・研修が充実

レッドバロンは愛知県岡崎市に当社独自の研修施設「テクニカルセンター(宿泊施設を完備)」を開設し、入社後も同期が集まり定期的に研修を行っています。他にもOJTで利用するオリジナル教材を多数ご用意し、整備士として活躍できるようなサポート体制が整えられております。

◎ワークライフバランスを重視

バイクが好きでこの仕事を始めたのに、バイクを楽しむ時間がない……なんてことになったら意味がありませんよね?当社には有給休暇の取得を促進する制度(スキルアップ休暇)があり、みんな休みを取ってツーリング旅行に出掛けるなど、プライベートもしっかり楽しんでいます。残業も繁忙期を除けばほとんどなく、月平均13時間くらい。

◎四輪整備経験者が多数活躍中

四輪整備経験はあるが二輪整備の経験はまったく無かった方も多数在籍し活躍中です。当社独自の整備士育成システムがありますので、四輪整備の経験を活かし、二輪整備のスキルを付けることができます。

求める人材:

・普通自動二輪車免許

・普通自動車運転免許(※四輪)

※2017年3月以降の取得者は準中型免許が必要になります。

※AT限定は入社までに解除をお願いします。

※いずれの免許も入社までに取得で可。

未経験OK 経験者の方は優遇あり

就業時間:10:00~19:00 実働8時間
