製品開発のプロセスを通して、プロジェクトに関する計画、管理、調整、モニタリングを行う
品質に関わる会議やレビューなどの計画、準備
プロジェクト状況に関してマネジメントへの報告活動
コアチームの指導及びプロジェクトチームの育成
Project management for JOEM project, collaborating with CPjM global community.
Managing customer projects and achieving the project goals
Being a key contact to the customer
Planning, controlling, coordinating and monitoring a customer project throughout the product development process
Planning and preparing the Quality Gate meetings/reviews and reporting the project status to the management
Leading the project core team and developing the project team
