長期的にお取引いただいている食品メーカー様向けの販売業務システムの安定稼働を維持し、顧客のニーズに応じた改善提案を行うシステムの維持管理リーダーを募集しています。

■事業・組織のご紹介

本件は大手食品メーカー様向けの業務になります。長期に開発業務を担当させていただいており、重要な基幹システムの維持管理も任せていただいています。
今回の求人の主体となっている組織は、主として自動車業界、食品業界、商社に関連するお客様向けのシステム企画・提案・開発・保守に関する業務を担当しており、SIerとして 様々な業種のお客様の多様なアプリケーション開発をご支援しています。

■主な業務内容

当プロジェクトで担当する業務は多岐に渡りますが、トラブルシューティングや安定稼働を確保するための計画策定と実施、小規模改善開発と言った一般的なシステム維持管理業務の他に、今後取り組む主なテーマとしては、販売データ活用システムのドキュメント整備があります。

■期待する役割(ポジション)

現在 DWHチーム、BIチーム約10名程度の体制で実施している食品メーカー様向け販売業務システムの維持管理プロジェクトマネージャーとなります。お客様とのコミュニケーションを通じて、システムの利用状況や改善点を把握し、ニーズに応じた対応をPMとしてリードいただきます。

【必須(MUST)】

  • システム開発におけるプロジェクトマネージャー経験
  • 業務アプリケーションの維持保守経験、知識
  • システム開発・維持におけるドキュメント(機能概要書、各種設計書等)作成、整備経験

【歓迎(WANT)】

  • 会計、販売業務知識
  • 食品関連の業務アリケーションの開発経験

【その他】

お客様側のステークホルダー、プロジェクトメンバーとの調整が必要となるため、コミュニケーション能力は重要です。
