【仕事内容】

ALHのPMとして、お客様から依頼された案件を遂行します。

官公庁やメガバンク、大手通信キャリア、大手アパレル企業といったビッグユーザー案件、ユーザー系のプライム案件、大手ベンダーの案件に参画。

自社社員中心のチームにおける開発案件のPMとして案件の進行をしていただきます。

<具体的な仕事内容>

・プロジェクトマネジメント(企画立案~納品までの実工程の工数・予算管理 含むマネジメント) 、メンバー育成(技術・組織の両輪におけるマネジメント)

・コンサルティング(戦略立案、企画提案)

・営業同行(ヒアリング・プレゼン)

【求める人材】

<求めるスキル、経験【必須】>

■下記のいずれかを経験されている方

・開発/システム開発(Web系・オープン系・汎用系)でプロジェクトマネージャー経験(2年以上)

※管理していた規模は不問

・プロジェクトの管理経験(管理=各種業務調整、進捗管理、メンバー管理など)
