仕事内容


美術館でのデザインイベントや展示会、アパレルのポップアップイベントなどの空間デザインにおけるクリエイティブ業務。

企画立案からデザイン、現場監理まで、幅広い業務に携わるポジションです。

<具体的には>

・クライアントとの打ち合わせ

・デザイン考案、プランニング、図面作成

・VectorWorksでの図面作成(基本図・実施図)、修正、イメージパース作成

・Illustratorでのビジュアルデザイン(ロゴ、ピクトグラム、サイネージなど)

・サンプル収集、ボード作成

・打合せ資料の作成

・クライアントへのプレゼン(マテリアル・照明計画など詳細決定)

・現場監理など

※案件規模により、提案~プレゼンまで1週間~1ヶ月、全工程は1ヶ月~1年以上の場合もあり

※毎月5案件程度を並行進行

【配属先】

プランニング部

男女合わせて12名。20代~40代のスタッフが活躍中です。

求めている人材


【必須スキル】

・空間デザインの実務経験(展示会、イベント、商業施設など)

・Vectorworks、Illustrator、Photoshopの操作スキル

【歓迎】

・RenderWorks、Twinmotion、3dsMax、LightWaveなどの3Dグラフィックソフトの操作

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり9時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

・就業時間:10:00~19:00 または 11:00~20:00(休憩1時間)

・フレックスタイム制

(9:00~20:00/コアタイム11:00~16:30)

※出社時間は比較的自由で、11時出社の方が多めです

・在宅勤務制度あり(週1~2回)

給与詳細


基本給:月給 36万5000円 〜 48万6300円

固定残業代:あり

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

・賞与:あり(昨年実績:夏1ヵ月・冬2ヵ月分)

・交通費:支給(上限3万円)

給与例


年収:600万~800万円以下

固定残業代(17時間分):44,000円~58,700円

※超過分は別途支給
