本ポジションは、日本市場におけるLarkのブランドの構築・向上、カスタマーサクセスの支援、ならびに社内業務の効率化に貢献する重要な役割です。全社のビジネス戦略に基づき、ブランド認知度の向上およびビジネス成長を目的とした効果的なマーケティング施策の立案・実行を行います。
また、商業チームと連携しながら、部門横断型のプロジェクトを推進し、インパクトのあるマーケティングイベントを企画・実施します。さらに、日常業務のサポートに加えて、ローカルの日本チームと中国チームの架け橋としても機能し、スムーズなコミュニケーションを図りながら、顧客との関係を深め、継続的な影響力と業績向上に貢献します。
This role is responsible for shaping and promoting Lark's brand image, supporting customer success initiatives, and driving internal operational efficiency in the Japan market.
Aligned with overall business strategy, it formulates and executes effective marketing plans and activities to enhance brand awareness and accelerate business growth.
Working closely with the commercial team, this position leads cross-functional projects, organizes high-impact marketing events, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations.
It also serves as a vital bridge between the Japan and China teams, facilitating seamless communication, deepening customer engagement, and consistently driving influence and performance improvements.
Responsibilities:

- 展示会、お客様向けイベント(感謝イベントなど)、製品発表会など、日本市場向けのオンライン/オフラインのマーケティング施策の企画・実行をサポート
- 営業・カスタマーサクセスチームと連携し、会場設営、販促資料準備、現場対応など顧客向けマーケティング活動を支援
- ソーシャルメディア運用のサポート、プロモーション資料の翻訳・校正など、現地コンテンツの制作・管理に関与
- マーケティング関連データの集計、ベンダー対応、予算処理のサポート
内部オペレーション業務:
- 日本語・中国語間の文書翻訳、社内外のドキュメント管理、チーム間のコミュニケーションを担当
- 社内イベントやチームビルディングなどの実施サポート
- 日本チームと中国チームの橋渡し役として、部門・国境を越えた業務連携をサポート
- 社内会議のアレンジ、資料準備、議事録作成などの管理・アドミ業務全般を支援
Marketing:
- Assist in planning and executing online/offline marketing activities, such as exhibitions, customer appreciation events, and product launches
- Support the sales team with customerrelated marketing activities, including venue setup, onsite coordination, and preparation of materials
- Participate in content creation and management, including social media support and translation/proofreading of promotional materials
- Assist with marketingrelated data tracking, vendor coordination, and budget process support
Internal Operations:
- Responsible for document translation, crossteam communication, and organizing internal and external company documents
- Execute internal team activities such as office events and teambuilding sessions
- Assist with crossborder and crossfunctional communication and coordination tasks
Minimum Qualification:

- 高い整理整頓能力と注意力を持ち、複数タスクを効率的に管理できる 責任感が強く、チームワークを大切にできる方
- Lark などのコラボレーションツールの使用経験があれば尚可
- 法務、財務、広報、購買など複数の社内部門と良好な関係を築き、円滑に連携できる優れたコミュニケーション・調整力
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 1+ year of work experience in marketing, administrative support, or project coordination roles (SaaS/Internet industry experience preferred)
- Experience in event planning and execution, able to effectively assist the sales team in planning, organizing and executing offline sales events.
- Highly organized, detailoriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, strong sense of responsibility and a collaborative team spirit
- Experience using Feishu (Lark) or other collaboration tools is a plus
- Fluent in Japanese and Mandarin to accurately convey information with internal and external Japanese/Mandarinspeaking clients
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to establish and maintain good relationships with multiple internal departments (e.g. Legal, Finance, PR, Procurement).
