About the team
This role is responsible for shaping and promoting Lark's brand image, supporting customer success initiatives, and driving internal operational efficiency in the Japan market.
Aligned with overall business strategy, it formulates and executes effective marketing plans and activities to enhance brand awareness and accelerate business growth.
Working closely with the commercial team, this position leads cross-functional projects, organizes high-impact marketing events, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations.
It also serves as a vital bridge between the Japan and China teams, facilitating seamless communication, deepening customer engagement, and consistently driving influence and performance improvements.
Marketing:
- Assist in planning and executing online/offline marketing activities, such as exhibitions, customer appreciation events, and product launches
- Support the sales team with customerrelated marketing activities, including venue setup, onsite coordination, and preparation of materials
- Participate in content creation and management, including social media support and translation/proofreading of promotional materials
- Assist with marketingrelated data tracking, vendor coordination, and budget process support
Internal Operations:
- Responsible for document translation, crossteam communication, and organizing internal and external company documents
- Execute internal team activities such as office events and teambuilding sessions
- Assist with crossborder and crossfunctional communication and coordination tasks
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 1+ year of work experience in marketing, administrative support, or project coordination roles
- Experience in event planning and execution, able to effectively assist the sales team in planning, organizing and executing offline sales events
- Highly organized, detailoriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, strong sense of responsibility and a collaborative team spirit
- Fluent in Japanese and Mandarin to facilitate clear and accurate communication with Japanese and Mandarinspeaking internal stakeholders and external clients
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to establish and maintain good relationships with multiple internal departments (e.g., Legal, Finance, PR, Procurement)
- Teamwork skills: passionate about team building and willing to guide team members to enhance team cohesion and motivation
- Strong adaptability, able to handle adhoc tasks efficiently and flexibly to support different needs of the team
- Sense of responsibility and execution: Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail, able to take on translation tasks independently and ensure high quality output
- High level of execution of tasks, able to proactively follow up on task progress and coordinate resources to support business needs
- Experience using Lark or other collaboration tools is a plus
- SaaS/Internet industry experience preferred
