Summary:
Foot Locker atmos Japan LLC is seeking an event specialist with exceptional organizational skills and creativity to drive the planning, proposal, and execution of a wide range of brand-promoting experiential offerings.
The ideal candidate will have proven event planning experience, a passion for creating memorable experiences, and a deep understanding of the atmos brand and its target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic planning and execution of small-scale to large-scale events/consumer experiences hosted by atmos
Development of 360-degree communication plans aimed at achieving maximum reach post and during events
Budget and schedule management for events/projects
Coordination with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
Collaboration and information sharing with internal and external stakeholders
Overseeing logistics at large-scale event sites (staffing, setup, dismantling, etc.)
Establishing and sharing foundational logistics frameworks at small-scale event sites (staffing, setup, dismantling, etc.)
Implementing PDCA cycles for events to continuously enhance the value of the atmos brand
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
3+ years of event planning experience (primarily large-scale events such as festivals and conventions)
Proven track record of successful event planning and execution
Deep understanding of event budgets, timelines, and logistics
Experience in event marketing and social media
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills
Passion for creating memorable experiences
Passion for music, art, and street culture, with strong interest in the latest trends
Interest and knowledge of the sneaker and fashion industries
Strong connections and interest in the streetwear industry
Negotiation skills
Agile mindset
Native-level Japanese proficiency
Conversational English proficiency
Ability to create presentation materials using Microsoft PowerPoint, etc.
Ability to manage budgets and schedules using Microsoft Excel, etc.

主な業務内容
atmosが主催する小規模から大規模のイベント/消費者体験の戦略立案と実行
イベントにおける最大リーチ獲得を見据えた360度のコミュニケーション計画の立案
イベント/プロジェクトの予算とスケジュール管理
シームレスなイベント実施のため、ベンダーやパートナー、社内チームとの調整
社内外の関係者と連携と情報共有
大規模イベント現場でのロジスティクスの監督(人員配置、設営、撤収など)
小規模イベント現場でのロジスティクスの基盤構築と共有(人員配置、設営、撤収など)
イベントにおけるPDCAを行い、継続的なatmosブランドの価値向上に繋げる
必須要件
マーケティングまたは関連分野の学士号
3年以上のイベント企画経験(フェスやコンペンションなどの大規模イベントが中心)
イベントの企画・実地において成功した実績のなる方
イベントの予算、タイムライン、ロジスティクスに関する深い理解
イベントマーケティングおよびソーシャルメディアに関する経験
優れた組織力と時間管理能力
独立して、またチームの一員として働く能力と高いコミュニケーション力
記憶に残る体験を創造する情熱
音楽、アート、ストリートカルチャーへの情熱と最新トレンドへの強い関心
スニーカーやファッション業界への関心と知識
ストリートウェア業界との強い繋がりと興味
