【仕事内容】
同社関西本社(大阪府大阪市)にて、ゲリラ豪雨等の雨水対策の計画/設計や、既存施設における保全計画、 耐震診断、補強設計等のご経験をお持ちの方を募集しております。
同社では、河川に特色を持った 総合建設コンサルタントならではの特徴ある業務に取り組んでいます。
【具体的には・・・】
◇河川分野と連携した下水道計画の立案、対策施設の計画/設計 ・流域貯留/浸透施設の設計等
◇河川と一体となった下水道業務 ・シールドトンネルによる大規模貯留管、地下調整池等の設計 ・既存施設(管路/処理場/ポンプ)のストックマネジメント
◇耐震診断、補強設計等の構造解析 ・BCP、地震時被害想定等、インフラ保全観点からの調査/計画/設計等

■時差出勤制度
7時30分から10時30分まで30分単位の時差出勤が可能で、クライアント対応上コアタイムを10時30分から17時としています。

同社では年次有給休暇を初年度から17日付与しています。
毎年1日ずつ付与日数が増加し、最大付与日数は23日で、未使用分は1年繰り越し可能です。
また、年1回は有給休暇を5日連続取得することを義務付けています。

労働時間を削減するために、残業時間上限規制・深夜残業禁止・業務集中の回避・勤務間インターバルに対する取り組みが行われています。
労働時間の管理状況を毎月の役員会で報告することが義務付けられているなど、全社的に徹底されています。

■建設コンサルタントにおける関連分野の設計・計画業務の実務経験をお持ちの方(10年程度以上)
■技術士(上下水道部門:下水道)
■RCCM(建設部門:下水道)

【給与】
【年収例】800万円~1100万円(例:35歳~50歳)
