【仕事内容】

同社関西本社(大阪府大阪市)にて、河川や道路などの社会を支えるインフラストラクチャーとして、機械設備・電気制御設備・情報通信設備の調査・計画・設計とインフラマネジメントに取り組んでいただきます。

【具体的には・・・】

◇それぞれの施設(顧客)が求める機能/性能を具備した設備を選定し、その計画を提案します。

※以下、主な導入設備

  • 機械設備:ダム・河川のゲート設備、洪水を防ぐ排水ポンプ設備や下水の雨水排水設備など
  • 電気制御設備:操作制御設備、電源設備、制御処理設備など

■時差出勤制度

7時30分から10時30分まで30分単位の時差出勤が可能で、クライアント対応上コアタイムを10時30分から17時としています。

したがって、10時30分出社、17時退社の5時間30分勤務が可能です。

■有給休暇制度

同社では年次有給休暇を初年度から17日付与しています。

毎年1日ずつ付与日数が増加し、最大付与日数は23日で、未使用分は1年繰り越し可能です。

また、年1回は有給休暇を5日連続取得することを義務付けています。

■労働時間管理

労働時間を削減するために、残業時間上限規制・深夜残業禁止・業務集中の回避・勤務間インターバルに対する取り組みが行われています。

労働時間の管理状況を毎月の役員会で報告することが義務付けられているなど、全社的に徹底されています。

■建設業界における関連分野の設計・計画業務の実務経験をお持ちの方(10年程度以上)

■技術士(機械・電気電子部門)

■RCCM(建設部門 電力土木 電気電子)

■電気機械メーカーで社会インフラ事業に携わった経験

【給与】

【年収例】800万円~1100万円(例:35歳~50歳)

【年収例】40万円~55万円(例:35歳~50歳)

※賃金形態:月給制

※給与は経験や能力を考慮し優遇します。

※専門業務型裁量労働制のため、残業手当支給なし
