Role Description & Responsibilities

The consultant must demonstrate the value of industry processes, particularly on the 3D EXPERIENCE platform, to maximize customer benefits.

Customer Business Process Modeling and Analysis: They propose optimal uses of the 3D EXPERIENCE platform for business process modeling and analysis, creating models and demonstrating software functionality.


Articulating Value:
The consultant must clearly communicate the platform's value to customers and stakeholders, using tailored storylines.

Executing Value Engagement Activities:
They contribute to value engagement activities, focusing on gate reviews to ensure effective delivery.

Collaboration and Expertise:

The consultant collaborates internally to maintain expertise, provides feedback from customer use cases, and supports partner and sales ecosystem enablement.


Problem-Solving and Solution Proposal:
They identify problems, propose solutions, and provide metrics to meet goals, capturing stakeholder needs and defining required capabilities.

Certification and Training:
They complete mandatory certifications and training to stay updated and support customers effectively."

Qualifications

Experience using specific products or providing product support, or experience in related roles
Native level of Japanese and Business level of English to communicate with clients and internal stakeholders
Logical thinking, inclusiveness, social intelligence
Ability to formulate and create new visions and strategies
Interpersonal skills, active listening, teamwork
Negotiation, conflict management
