仕事内容:
当社の事業拡大に伴い、中途採用の推進と採用広報を一体で進める「採用×発信」のポジションです。候補者対応などの採用実務を回しながら、採用活動で得た一次情報(現場の魅力・課題・候補者の声)を言語化し、発信や募集要項の改善につなげていただきます。
具体的には以下の業務を担当いただきます(採用70%/採用PR30%を想定)
【採用(70%)】
- 中途採用の母集団形成(求人媒体運用、スカウト送付・改善、リファラル施策の実行補助など)
- 候補者対応(面談日程調整、選考プロセス運用、連絡対応)
- 現場(採用部門)との連携(要件すり合わせ、面接官との調整、改善提案)
- 候補者体験の改善(連絡スピード、情報提供、選考導線の改善)
【採用PR(30%)】
- 採用広報の企画・運用(SNS、note等のコンテンツ企画〜作成)
- 採用ページ/募集要項の改善(伝わりやすい表現への修正、FAQ整備など)
- (必要に応じて)簡易な採用KPIの可視化と改善提案

勤務時間・曜日:
- 稼働日数:週2〜3日(応相談)
- 稼働の目安:月60〜90時間程度(週2〜3日相当)
- 勤務可能曜日:平日(月〜金)※曜日固定/変動いずれも相談可
- 目安:10:00〜19:00の間で調整(実働 6〜8時間/日 を想定)
- 休憩時間:60分(稼働6時間超の場合)
- 時間外勤務:原則なし(業務都合により発生する場合あり/事前相談)
- 必要に応じて、対面(都内想定)での打合せをお願いする場合があります(頻度は相談)
休暇・休日:
- 原則:土日休み(稼働なし)
- 稼働日・稼働時間は事前に合意した範囲で調整します。
- 業務都合により土日に打合せ等が必要な場合は、事前相談のうえ実施し、別日に振替調整します。
勤務地:
職場敷地内は原則禁煙
アクセス:
- 勤務形態:原則フルリモート(オンライン中心)
- 必要に応じて、東京都内のレンタルスペース/会議室等で打合せを実施する場合があります(頻度は相談)
- 当社には海外から参画しているメンバーもおり、オンラインでのコミュニケーションを前提に業務を進めています
- 対面実施の場合:公共交通機関でのアクセスが可能な場所を利用します(詳細は都度調整)
給与:
- 本ポジションは業務委託契約のため、各種手当(固定/変動)や固定残業代の設定はありません。
- 報酬は、契約時に合意した月額報酬および想定稼働時間(目安)を前提に決定します。
- 想定を超える稼働が発生する場合は、事前にご相談のうえ、稼働実績に応じて真摯に調整(追加報酬・契約条件の見直し等)を行います。
