Job Description
【ポジションサマリ】
・困難な課題に対しては上司のサポートが必要だが、自主性を持ち、自律的に業務を遂行する
・複数のファンクションにおいて、強い技術的なスキルと知識を有する
【職務内容】
・Surgery/Electrophysiology/Neuro VascularのCustomer Service Operation Staffとして、必要に応じて上長やリーダーの支援をもらいながら担当事業部の窓口業務として受注関連業務及び新製品導入や物流効率化推進に従事すること
業務責任
・KPI(OTIF-D、DSI、CIPなど)への責任を持ち、業務委託先の受注業務管理を適切におこなうこと
・DSIの再発防止案(ヒヤリハット含め)を業務委託先管理者と策定し、業務改善を行うこと
・CIP達成に向けて上長とともに適切なアプローチを策定し、社内外関係者とコミュニケーションを適切に進めること
・業務知識習得を継続的に実施して、適切かつ詳細な情報を顧客に提供すること
・受注関連業務プロセスを理解し、担当事業部や関連チームと連携してプロセス改善を進めること
・関連法や品質要求を理解し、手順に準拠したプロセスを構築し、SOPの継続的な更新及び見直しを行うことで、常に最新のビジネスニーズに応えるプロセスを構築すること
・IBPに参加し、自チームにとって必要な情報を入手し、適時チームへの共有を行うこと
・上長や周りのサポートをもらいながらEDI接続、ナビエク、Partner Station活用を推進し、代理店とともに業務効率化を推進すること
・自動化や業務プロセス見直しを行い、CIP達成に向けて社内外関係者と協働すること
・CFTへ参画し、変更管理に関するCSとしての役割をリードすること
・BOに伴う特別出荷対応(システムへの入力)
【職務経験・スキル】
・英語力ビジネスレベル以上 (Global SOPが理解できるレベル)
<あれば望ましい要件>
・サプライチェーン領域でのビジネス経験(医薬部外品のご経験も可)
・SAP経験
・Surgery/Electrophysiology/Neuro Vascularのいずれかの事業部での業務経験
<スキル>
・コミュニケーション力
・タスク管理能力
・MS Officeの基本的なスキル(Excel、Power Query、Power Automate、PowerPointなど)
