募集背景・業務概要:

製造業のAPI基盤を安定運用し、連携先の拡大に備える体制を整えています。運用保守を中心に改善を進めるため、経験者を増員します。改善提案を歓迎する方針です。お任せする業務:

運用保守メインで、APIの監視やログ調査、軽微な改修を担当いただきます。ドキュメント整備と改善提案を行い、運用効率を高めます。再発防止策の実行にも関わります。運用データの分析を行い、改善の優先度を整理します。手順の見直しを進め、ミスの予防に取り組みます。

レビューの観点を明確にし、品質のばらつきを抑えます。

運用の課題を整理し、改善計画を更新します。
