本ポジションでは、データ&分析領域におけるアソシエイト・プラクティス・エンゲージメント・マネージャー(APEM)として、担当アカウントに関する全てのクライアント対応をリードしていただきます。マネージャーと連携しながらアカウント計画を策定し、その戦略に基づいたクライアント管理および提案活動を担います。通常、複数のアカウントを担当し、年間5百万~1千万米ドル規模のビジネスを推進します。

クライアントとの関係構築および維持、5百万~1千万米ドル規模のポートフォリオの管理
案件管理サイクル(リード創出 → 評価 → 提案 → クロージング)の主導
データ&分析サービスに関する営業戦略の推進と、特定業界における新規ビジネス機会の発掘・育成
デリバリー、コンサルティング、CTO組織、マーケティング、AI・分析チームなど社内関係者との連携による、期待値調整・確実なサービス提供
Go-to-Market 戦略の企画・実行:クライアントに最適化された提案、パートナー活用による差別化ソリューションの提供、パイプライン創出キャンペーンの推進
デリバリー保証:関連する全てのステークホルダーと連携し、クライアントへのコミットメント履行を確保
アカウント計画およびガバナンス:関係構築戦略、追求する機会、価格戦略などを含むアカウント計画の策定
応募資格(改訂版)
日本語(JLPT N1/N2相当)を含むバイリンガルスキル
認定教育機関での学士号、または同等の海外資格
データ/分析/AI領域における事業開発・営業経験
クラウド基盤上でのデータ関連サービスの販売経験
Cレベルのクライアントとの関係構築経験
データ/分析領域の提案書作成、プレゼンテーション、ワークショップのリード経験
ビジネスケース構築と、それを活用した価値訴求・交渉スキル
優れたリーダーシップ、対人能力、コミュニケーションおよびプレゼンスキル
幅広いIT・ビジネスコンサルティング案件の経験
クライアントおよび社内関係者と円滑に連携できる日本語の読み書き能力
