職務内容
- IPOを見据えた経理・財務領域の統括責任者として、上場準備全体をリードしていただきます。
- 単体・連結決算、内部統制、開示体制の構築に加え、経営陣と密に連携しながら、資本政策やIRを含むファイナンス機能全般を管掌します。
- スタートアップでは珍しい、連結・JVを含む複雑な会計・ガバナンス体制を統括するポジションです。
応募資格
- 上場準備、または上場企業における経理・財務の実務経験
- 連結決算、開示、内部統制(J-SOX等)に関する知見
- 公認会計士、またはそれに準ずる高い会計専門性
- 成長企業やスタートアップでのマネジメント経験があれば尚可
