【仕事内容】

【職務内容】

システム推進部では、インフラエンジニア職の管理職を募集しております。

自社開発SaaSを中心とした複数プロダクトのインフラ領域における、設計・構築・運用、

チームマネジメント、コスト最適化、セキュリティ戦略の策定などを担当します。

エンジニアチームを技術と組織の両面でリードし、現場と経営、

プロダクト横断の橋渡し役を担っていただきます。

具体的な業務として、インフラ設計・構築・運用、インフラ技術課題への対応、マネジメント業務、

セクション横断的な折衝・推進業務、セキュリティ対応・コスト最適化などがございます。

【具体的には】

・ インフラ設計・構築・運用

・ 各プロダクトに最適なクラウドアーキテクチャの設計・構築

・ インフラ環境の要件定義、構成レビュー、パフォーマンス設計

・ モニタリング(CloudWatchなど)の設計と運用体制の整備

・ インフラ技術課題への対応

・ パフォーマンスボトルネックの調査とスケーラビリティ改善提案

【求める人材】

いずれかの経験がある方

・ インフラエンジニアとして運用リーダー、プロジェクト管理等のご経験をお持ちの方

・ PL/PMの経験

・ 一般的なアプリケーションの開発工程(ウォーターフォール、アジャイル)に対する理解

・ Oracleデータベースに関する知識、最低限のDML、DDLなどのSQLが理解できること

【歓迎】

以下のいずれかの経験

・Oracle Exadata に関する知識、運用経験

・OEMやStatsPack/AWRを利用した、Oracle Databaseチューニング経験

・RMAN、DataGuradの設計経験やRAC、ASM設計構築経験

・MongoDBに関する知識、運用経験

・IBM iやCOBOLを使ったシステム開発や運用/保守経験

【給与】

年収900~1200万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
