【お仕事内容】

主にお客様の要望に応える特注品(オーダーメイド品)の受注窓口として、生産スケジュールの管理や調整をお任せします。

お客様の要望(特注品)を形にするために、営業と工場をつなぐ、非常に重要な「モノづくりの司令塔」です。

<具体的に…>

  • 仕様の確認・調整

・営業部門から受けた特注品の依頼について、サイズや寸法などの詳細な仕様を確認します。

・不明点や疑問点がないか、正確にヒアリングを行い、生産に必要な情報を集めます。

  • 納期調整と作業指示

・確認した仕様に基づき、工場部門と密に連携を取りながら、最適な納期を調整します。

・調整が完了したら、工場へ向けた作業指示書(製造指図書)を発行します。

  • 進捗管理

製品が納期通りに完成するように、生産ラインの進捗状況をフォローします。

  • その他

伝票整理、ファイリングなどの事務処理全般。
