Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology System Administrator, located in Shinagawa-ku. The IT System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, including system and network administration. Daily tasks will involve troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support to employees, monitoring system performance, and ensuring the security and integrity of IT systems. The role requires collaboration with various teams to implement and maintain robust IT solutions for the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in System Administration, including server management, software updates, and system performance monitoring
- Proficiency in Network Administration, with experience in configuring and maintaining network hardware, ensuring network security, and optimizing network performance
- Skilled in Technical Support and Troubleshooting, with the ability to resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently
Experience implementing and managing ISO 27001/ISMS
- Well-rounded knowledge and experience in the broader field of Information Technology
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity protocols and data protection best practices
