LLMアプリケーションエンジニア【AI×電話業務効率化/安定した財務基盤】

【仕事内容】

メディアリンクの音声テックプロダクトに横断的に関わり、プロンプトエンジニアリングやRAGを含むLLM応用技術を活用した新機能の開発をお任せします。

・LLMを活用した新機能の設計・実装

  • MediaシリーズへのLLM新機能の開発
  • ボイスボットの自然対話実現のためのプロンプト最適化
  • コールセンター音声データを活用したAI機能開発

・アプリケーション開発

  • バックエンド・フロントエンド双方の機能追加・改善

  • 経験・スキルに応じて担当範囲を決定

  • 開発するプロダクト

(1)SaaS型テレフォニーシステム【Mediaシリーズ】

2011年から展開する音声テック事業。

企業向けに「電話業務の自動化」を実現するIP-PBXや自動音声応答システムを提供。業務効率化・生産性向上をサポートします。

サービス例:Mediaシリーズ

・オフィス向けIP-PBX『MediaOffice』

・コールセンター向けIP-PBX『MediaCalls』

・IVR『MediaVoice』

(2)ナレッジ自動作成・運用基盤【KnowledgeLink】

カスタマーサポート向けナレッジ管理自動化SaaS。社内マニュアルや通話データからLLMでナレッジを自動生成し、ボイスボットなど各種チャネルへ展開します。

  • 開発環境

・フロントエンド:TypeScript、JavaScript、、

・バックエンド:Java、Python、SpringBoot、FastAPI

・DB:PostgreSQL、MySQL、DynamoDB
